The Planning Board meets the third Thursday of each month.  The Zoning Board of Appeals meets the first Thursday of each month.  The meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Village Hall Court Trailer, located at 767 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck 11024.

Applications for the Planning Board should be submitted to the Building Department with one (1) original and three (3) copies of drawings and all files must be in PDF format and put on a DVD.
